About This Data

The data in the Broker Launchpad includes the information for all of the policies for which you are listed as the broker of record. Information on D&O, Public Entities, VHA/Healthcare and A/E P&C policies is not included. All information is real-time information, with the exception of the broker statistics, which are updated weekly, and claims information, which is updated monthly. A glossary of terms used in the Launchpad follows.

    Application received.


  • Accounts in Process
    Refers to accounts we've processed. The status codes let you know what action we've taken with each policy. To find out what the abbreviations mean, put your mouse over the letter. See also: A, B, D, I, M, P, Q, etc.


  • App. Declined
    Date the application was declined. Speak to your Account Executive for more details.


  • App. Quoted (Q)
    Date the application was quoted.


  • App. Received
    Date the application was received.


  • Application Information
    Shows what action we've taken with each policy.


  • B
    Bound.


  • Bound (B)
    Date the policy was bound.


  • Broker #
    A reference number assigned to each brokerage/agency.


  • Broker Statistics
    These statistics reflect your firm's book of business with Schinnerer and are updated at end of each business day. See also: Broker #, Policies in Force, New Policies in Force, New Policies This Year and Premium In Force.

    Your commission.


  • CWOP
    Closed without payment.


  • CWP
    Closed with payment.


  • Claim No.
    Reference number assigned to the insureds' claims.

    Claims representative for all claims-related questions.

    The policyholder's contact information.

    Application declined.


  • Deductible (Aggregate)
    Part of the claim the insured is responsible for paying per life of the policy.


  • Deductible (Per Claim)
    Part of the claim the insured is responsible for paying per claim.


  • Description
    Type of transaction.


  • Discovery Date
    Date on which a claimant discovers an injury or loss.


  • Due Date
    Date that the billing payment is due.


  • Expenses Paid
    Money paid out in connection with a claim. Contact your Schinnerer Account Excutive for more details.


  • Expo Letter Mailed (X)
    Date the expiration letter was mailed to you on an expiring account.


  • Firm Type
    Classification of the insured.


  • Gross Premium
    Premium charged.


  • I
    Policy issued.


  • Indemnity Paid
    Money paid to cover the loss for which an insured is legally liable.


  • ISN
    Stands for "Insured Statistical Number," an identification which is assigned by Schinnerer. This number can be used to search for policies. Your insured clients use this number to log on initially to the proprietary risk management section of our website. More information.


  • Issued (I)
    Date the policy was issued.


  • Limit (Aggregate)
    Limit of coverage over the life of the policy.


  • Limit (Per Claim)
    Limit of coverage per claim.


  • LOB - Line of business
    The line of coverage of the policy. Lines of business include:
    A/E - Architects and Engineers E&O policy
    AEPAC - Architects and Engineers Employment Practices, Fiduciary or D&O policy
    REAL - Real estate E&O policy
    TEO - TechVantage E&O policy
    SGEL - Security Guard E&O and general liability policy


  • M
    Quote mailed.


  • Net Amount
    Total amount due.


  • New Policies in Force
    Refers to policies written for the first time in the past 12 months.


  • New Policies This Year
    Refers to policies written since the beginning of this year.


  • Option
    Where the deductible applies.


  • P
    Policy mailed.


  • Policies in Force
    Refers to policies written and still active.


  • Policy Eff.
    Date the insureds policy will be effective.


  • Policy Exp. Date
    Date the policy will expire and coverage is no longer available unless options have been purchased.


  • Policy Mailed (M)
    Date the policy was mailed to the insured.


  • Policy No.
    All programs use a policy number with the line of business prefix and numerals.


  • Premium in Force
    Refers to total premium written on active policies for all lines of business.


  • Q
    Quoted.


  • Quote Mailed (M)
    Date the quote was mailed.


  • Rating Base
    Numeric number basis for rating the risk, such as billings and size of firm.


  • Reference No. (ISN)
    A Schinnerer-assigned reference number that your clients can use to sign into the protected sections of our Risk Management website.


  • Schinnerer Contact Info.
    Your account executive.


  • Status
    Open or closed status of the claim.


  • Total Reserve
    The total amount of monies estimated to be paid for claim indemnity and expenses.
