Training Opportunities
Keeping good employees isn't just about building a good corporate culture. It's also about building an employee's skill set. At Schinnerer, professional development is a priority. Training begins the first day you arrive when we begin to familiarize you with our practices and our business. Each new employee also receives a customized professional development guide. Internal training continues as you learn from industry experts. From there, you can take your training into your own hands and, along with your manager, develop a plan to become a true expert in your field. For some employees, that includes AICPCU/IIA (American Institute for CPCU/Insurance Institute of America) and PLUS (Professional Liability Underwriting Society) courses, paid for by the company. For others, that includes a variety of professional development courses, also paid for by the company. At Schinnerer, all our employees are constantly developing themselves into highly-trained experts.
