Basic Form coverage includes:
- Claims-made policy
- Coverage for wrongful acts committed anywhere in world if the claim is brought within the U.S.
- Coverage included for:
- Unauthorized access and introduction of viruses
- All employees of insured
- Joint venture
- Newly acquired subsidiaries
Broad Form coverage includes basic features and benefits above, plus coverage for:
- Infringement, including any actual or alleged unauthorized use or violation of copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name and trade dress
- Punitive damages where insurable by law
- Independent contractors
